BIO

 

Born and raised in an artistic household as the son of a musician and a sound engineer, I discovered the joy of moving images at an early age through my passion for music.
After various internships and first steps in the professional world of film in Germany and Switzerland, I studied film at the Zurich University of the Arts with a focus on camera from 2017 to 2021. At the same time, I gained further practical experience and training in the areas of camera and lighting in the US, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.

Today, in addition to my own creative projects, I work in the lighting department for cinema, television and advertising.

I love to build things for new projects and I'm always looking for new fields to learn and educate myself.

 

In my free time, I am also passionate about the art of Steadicam operating and I've already had the opportunity to work on various projects as a B-Cam and Steadicam operator.

 

I am a member of the SSFV (Swiss Film Union) and of Crew United. Since 2024 I have been a member of the FTK (film technician's collective).

OWN EQUIPMENT​

I can provide a lot of professional grade material and equipment, both as lighting technician and as Steadicam/camera operator.

 

For more complex lighting setups, I own a custom built LumenRadio Stardust system with a 2.4/5Ghz wireless system and an iPad with the Blackout Lighting Console. Various accessories such as MIDI faders, cables and network mesh extenders are also available. Capture License for FX pre-vis.
